“These people are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They went over and above to help me solve my problem with my old [Apple] laptop. It turned out it was [more economical to replace it vs repair it, so they [found a replacement] of the same model for very little money. I couldn’t believe it! Talk about customer service! It’s so good to know I have a place I can go with my computer needs that’s personable and reliable. And I particularly like that it’s not a big corporate entity, but a ma-‘n-pa store with friendly, neighborhood values. There are too few of these kinds of places left. I’m so glad I found them!”
